Heck yes you do!!! But you’re probably wondering what does that actually mean. And I will cut right to the chase and bullet point it for you because I like to get right to the point.
$300 for full time residency or $190 for part time (First and last due at signing of sub lease contract). 6 month lease is required for full time and part time residents.
10 hours (part time) or 20 hours (full time) a month in the studio (think not only session times, but client meetings as well)
Still not sure you can commit to part time or full time? You can do month to month for $500 that will get you 10 hours for the month.
